We are seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our team as an Advanced Patient Care Specialist. This role requires a registered nurse with a strong background in emergency care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThe Advanced Patient Care Specialist will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care to patients in the emergency department. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Implement evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Current RN licensure issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- 1+ year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
