Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Proclinical Staffing. As a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, including cell culture operations, preparation of media and buffer solutions, chromatographic separation, sterile filtration and concentration operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations: Perform daily manufacturing tasks in accordance with cGMPs, standard operating procedures, and batch document instructions.
  • Quality Control: Monitor critical process parameters and document all manufacturing activities clearly and accurately.
  • Troubleshooting: Actively participate in effective troubleshooting of equipment and processing issues.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all processing equipment and materials necessary are adequate and available.
  • Training and Development: Maintain a high level of mechanical and technical aptitude and training.
  • Compliance: Ensure all production activities are completed in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Teamwork: Contribute consistently to a diverse shift team.
Requirements
  • A degree in biological/life science is preferred, but not required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A background in science & technology is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
  • Previous history of working within a diverse team.
