Dynamic Marketing Strategist

Alpha Media is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Integrated Marketing Consultant to join our team in Bethany, Missouri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive client engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling radio and digital advertising to new and existing clients.
• Developing and presenting strategic marketing plans to clients.
• Collaborating with our Radio and Digital Services teams to achieve client objectives.
• Analyzing and understanding higher-level reporting metrics to review with clients.
• Embracing and championing company initiatives and utilizing tools provided to succeed.

Requirements for this position include:

• A minimum of two years of sales experience.
• A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.

Preference may be given to candidates who have experience building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients, as well as experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
