The Lodge at Marconi is seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join our esteemed culinary team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of outstanding dining experiences and events, while enjoying a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and skill development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the design and execution of imaginative, high-quality menus; regularly assess and update menu offerings with guidance from the Executive Chef.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Prepare diverse cuisines, showcasing your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Assist in standardizing production recipes to guarantee consistent quality; plan production schedules and supervise the production process.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
  • Support kitchen staff in their roles to ensure exceptional service to all guests.
  • Work alongside the front-of-house team to address guest feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and incorporate relevant information to keep the kitchen innovative.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of wines and food pairings offered in the establishment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing guidelines.
  • Assist in the procurement of food products and maintain accurate food production records and cost menus.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports as necessary.
  • Support the Executive Chef in the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of kitchen staff; manage schedules and workflow effectively.

  • A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
