Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes or facilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care activities.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategies.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Minimum of six months of experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

CenterWell Home Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $57,700 - $79,500 per year, and a comprehensive benefits program.
