We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at PBR Nashville. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glassware, and inventory.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or nightclub.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with liquor brands, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, including preparation methods and garnishes.
• Certifications: Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

• Handling: Ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Ability to move about the bar, lounge, and kitchen efficiently and safely.
