Hourly Rate: $450 to $475
Assignment Highlights
This adaptable Gastroenterology role involves treating adult patients in a combined inpatient and outpatient environment while providing vital coverage.
Practice Information:
- Support team includes 3 Medical Assistants, 2 Administrative staff, and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- Average patient load: 12-16 per shift
- Utilization of Epic for electronic health records
Work Schedule:
- 2 weeks of call and clinic duties each month
- 3-4 days per week dedicated to procedures
- 1:4 call schedule
Procedures and Cases:
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body extraction, and bleeding control
- ERCP with PEG, esophageal manometry, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp removal, and liver biopsy
