Bowlero Corp Lane Server Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Taking food and beverage orders, delivering, and closing out with precision
  • Staying up-to-date on our menu, promotions, and specials to share with our guests
  • Regularly checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction
  • Assisting guests with questions, requests, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a clean environment for our guests
  • Setting up, stocking, and organizing work areas efficiently
  • Recommending and upselling our center's experience to enhance guest enjoyment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol as per state law
