Breakfast Ambassador

We are seeking a part-time Breakfast Ambassador to join our team at the Quality Inn Corning, NY. As a Breakfast Ambassador, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining food items on the buffet, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Prepare and serve breakfast items, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean and well-maintained at all times, including tables, floors, and trash cans.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and offering personalized assistance.
• Set up and break down the breakfast area according to pre-determined standards.
• Restock supplies, including food, linens, and cleaning materials.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty or General Manager.

• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Strip guest rooms and deliver linens and towels.
• Clean bathrooms and ensure they are well-stocked with amenities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Housekeeping.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
