Geriatric Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team at Physician Empire. As a member of our Geriatrics group, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of 4 Physicians and 5 mid-levels, providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute care/rehab, nursing home/ALF settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care services to patients in a post-acute care/rehab setting, with a focus on geriatric care.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans for patients in nursing home/ALF settings.
  • Participate in hospital rounds and provide in-patient care to group patients.
  • Have the opportunity to take on a medical directorship for post-acute & SNF facilities, if qualified.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $200-250K, depending on qualifications and case load.

  • $10K bonus for Geriatric Fellowship.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Geriatric Fellowship training a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
