Boiler Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team in the United States. As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of two high-pressure gas-fired boilers, including related systems and equipment.

• Operate and maintain high-pressure gas boilers in the steam generating plant.
• Monitor boiler plant operations using control and monitoring software from the control room.
• Set up and tune boiler control loops.
• Conduct flue gas analysis and adjust fuel combustion trimming controls accordingly.
• Operate and maintain boiler water support systems, including make-up water, water softening, reverse osmosis, deaeration, chemical treatment, and cooling water systems.
• Operate and maintain waste water systems and components.
• Perform water quality tests for all water-carrying systems.
• Maintain gas valves and distribution systems.
• Monitor over-pressurization devices and steam traps.
• Maintain records and reports relative to steam plant operations.

• 3+ years of experience in production and/or operations.
• Minnesota State 1st Class Engineer-Grade B Boiler license.
