Responsibilities- Assist in the direct care and management of patients, implementing treatment plans and program structures to promote wellness and safety.
- Provide ongoing supervision, crisis management, and therapeutic interventions to support patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and effective communication with patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health care.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Associate's degree (60 college credits) or High School diploma/equivalent with one year's experience in human services.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit unpredictable and impulsive behavior. Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood, and body fluids. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Frequent pushing, pulling, and repetitive use of hands.
