MRI Technologist PRN

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing MRI exams and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely results for our patients.
Responsibilities- Perform MRI exams and procedures, adhering to standard protocols and positioning guidelines.
- Operate MRI equipment, scanner tables, control panels, and coils, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Administer contrast and start IVs as needed, following department protocols.
- Document patient information, including consent forms, injection documentation, and progress notes.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being, adhering to MRI-related policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- ARRT certification in MRI required.
- One year of experience in a hospital setting in MRI preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Associate's degree in Allied Health or Radiology.
- Two years of previous MRI experience in a hospital setting preferred.
