Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home or clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living tasks
- Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for some positions)
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
