Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in Richland, Washington.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to work with our clients in Richland, Washington. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist with the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
