Project Manager - PMO Supporting Treasury and Michigan Gaming Control Board

This role is part of the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and works closely with DTMB Agency Services technical teams and agency executives/stakeholders to deliver the TREAS APPS PCI Compliance Project for 2024-2025. The project focuses on secure network, account management, incident response planning, and completion of SAQ-A. The successful candidate will also work on PCI Compliance Projects for 2024-2025, ensuring the State of Michigan has implemented policies, procedures, and secure system configurations in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk, and issue logs
  • Develop and deliver project status reports
  • Experience using project portfolio management systems and tools, such as Clarity
  • Good working knowledge of MSProject
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience in IT project management, including industry standard and best practices
  • Proven record of delivering projects on time and on budget in a formal project manager role
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk, and issue logs
  • Experience developing and delivering project status reports
  • Experience using project portfolio management systems and tools
