Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new tower infrastructure projects
• Develop and execute plans for tower maintenance and repair

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Proven experience with telecommunications infrastructure and tower technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions
• Frequent climbing and exposure to heights

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
