Job Summary

Tower Health is seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nocturnist to join our dynamic team at Reading Hospital. As a key member of our Hospitalist Services team, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and providing exceptional medical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of care for the inpatient Adult Medicine Service.
  • Work a flexible schedule with 13 ten-hour shifts per month.
  • Collaborate with a closed ICU team and 24/7 Intensivist coverage.
  • No procedures required.
  • Average patient load: 15.
  • Optional teaching opportunities with residents.
  • EPIC EMR system.
  • Support from over 75 employed physicians and 20 Advanced Practice Providers.
