Job Summary

Teradyne's Defense and Aerospace Division is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead the successful management of cost, schedule, and scope of multiple Total Solutions projects for major programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Engineers and assign tasks
  • Facilitate the creation of project schedules
  • Monitor and close programs/projects to achieve program objectives
  • Use industry standard techniques and tools to measure progress against product and program objectives
  • Drive proactive corrective action where required
  • Manage scope change control activities and communicate periodic project assessment to sponsors
  • Manage 3rd party supplier base to facilitate successful supply chain interaction
Requirements
  • 4 or more years of Technical Project Management experience
  • Association with PMI and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to communicate and foster communication between project team members
  • Experience managing team elements in multiple geographic locations
Education
  • A Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience (4 years)
  • A BSM or MBA desirable
Security Clearance

This position requires a US Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident, Asylee, Refugee, or otherwise lawfully admitted under an amnesty program.
