Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to company standards.
  • Analyze and select appropriate technology to meet user needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
  • Evaluate software vendors and make recommendations as necessary.
  • Mentor junior software engineers through design reviews, code reviews, coaching, and training opportunities.
  • Lead technical contributions to software development teams, including complex project work involving multiple internal and external team members.
  • Understand and utilize agile best practices, with a "shift-left" testing approach, to troubleshoot, debug, and provide root cause analysis.
  • Determine and lead process improvements to deliver solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with distributed systems,.NET Core framework, Rabbit MQ, Azure Service Bus, Kubernetes, Redis, Memcache, C#,.NET, and Azure.
  • Experience with building scalable performance solutions using RestAPI, NServiceBus, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of data processing and databases, C#, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or Open API/Swagger.
