About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Manatawny Manor. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

The LPN will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Pennsylvania State LPN License
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
