Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist with sales and processing assignments, including operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer returns and exchanges.
  • Stock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and gift card sales.
  • Assist with receiving and processing donations, including sorting and stocking merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Working Conditions

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers and colleagues. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting and carrying merchandise, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
