Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting and operating floor and carpet cleaning equipment.
  • Thoroughly clean resident living spaces, bathrooms, and communal areas while ensuring the privacy of residents is upheld.
  • Sweep and maintain cleanliness of rugs, carpets, furniture, and drapes.
  • Dust and tidy furniture in both common areas and individual resident rooms.
  • Empty waste receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal locations.
  • Assist the Maintenance Director in preparing apartments for new residents.
  • Uphold resident rights to the utmost extent.
  • Engage in all mandatory training, orientation sessions, meetings, and programs as required by the organization.

Work Environment:

Housekeepers report directly to the Maintenance Director. During an 8-hour shift, our housekeepers are often on their feet. Shift schedules may vary but are generally expected to occur during weekdays.
