Flight Instructor Opportunity
Cirrus Design Corporation is seeking an experienced Flight Instructor to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional flight training to our customers, adhering to our proprietary course materials and industry-standard safety procedures. This role requires a strong background in aviation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Provide high-quality flight training to Cirrus customers
• Develop and implement effective training programs
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
• A current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
• Hold FAA Pilot Certificate and maintain a Second-class Airman Medical Certificate or higher
• Proven experience in flight instruction and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
Cirrus offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, employer-paid coverages, comprehensive health coverage, and generous PTO.
