Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who can effectively coordinate project activities, manage administrative tasks, and maintain strong communication channels with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate project tasks and activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and prepare invoices, estimates, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and QualificationsA successful Assistant Project Manager should possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, and have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant training and certifications in project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
