Position Overview:
As a House Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests, staff, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock linen closets with necessary amenities and supplies for room attendants, including direct deliveries to their carts.
  • Clear soiled linens and trash from room attendant carts.
  • Clean and maintain corridor walls and doors, ensuring mirrors and room numbers are polished.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and lobbies.
  • Assist in flipping mattresses and moving furniture as directed by your supervisor.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for shifts.
  • Perform any additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Comprehension of and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Compensation for this position is $20.32 per hour.
