We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society - Specialty Care Community. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents, including coordination of care and resident education.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
