Job Summary:

As a Server/Wait Staff at Waffle House, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Order Taking: Accurately taking orders from customers and communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food.
• Food Delivery: Delivering hot food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Phone and Front Desk Duties: Answering phones, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our guests and staff.
• Adhering to Safety Rules: Ensuring compliance with all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• End-of-Shift Duties: Completing end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
