- Assist in coordinating Family Participation Surveys, conducting local surveys as needed, and providing training to families based on their needs.
- Create and conduct trainings for families, service coordinators, and providers, promoting best practices and effective collaboration within the Early Steps system.
- Develop and distribute quarterly newsletters to families and partners, highlighting upcoming trainings, networking opportunities, and initiatives.
- Participate in the development and revision of local policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Early Steps' goals and objectives.
- Provide community resource information quarterly to the Director of Central Directory, supporting the development of comprehensive resource networks.
- Develop an Annual Action Plan and submit semi-annual updates to local and state Early Steps offices, ensuring accountability and progress towards goals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, preferred.
- Florida Driver's License within 30 days from hire, with daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Must be a parent or family member of a child who has received early intervention services or would have been eligible for Early Steps services.
