Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician - ABA

Elwyn is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician - ABA to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician - ABA, you will provide one-on-one interventions to children and adolescents with a wide range of disabilities and functioning levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement applied behavior analytic interventions and support to promote positive behavior and social skills.
  • Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the Behavioral Consultant and Elwyn treatment team.
  • Provide emotional support and time-structured activities to children and adolescents.
  • Record behavioral data and document progress toward treatment plan goals.
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols.
Requirements:
  • Board-certified assistant behavior analyst certification (BCaBA) or Board-certified autism technician (BCAT) certification or Behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have received their registered behavioral tech (RBT) designation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied behavior analysis (ABA) services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department of Human Services (DHS) or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
