Job SummaryStealth Care Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to work in an Acute Long Term Care Hospital in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes and trachs
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Promote continuous quality improvement in patient care
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families

Requirements
  • Current Ohio license and registration or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification
  • Experience with ventilators, ABG, and EKG

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Acute care experience
