Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled Regional Van Truckload Driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes and consistent freight.

Our Regional Van Truckload Drivers enjoy a high level of autonomy, with dispatches in advance and a 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement preferred
  • Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
