We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's Behavioral Health Unit in Elko, NV. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct and individualized care to patients, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
- Document patient care given.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00.
- Negotiable signing bonus with a 36-month retention agreement.
