Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at Alliance Animal Health. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering exceptional medical services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, including animal restraint, triage, and diagnostic imaging
- Collect and analyze lab samples, manage medical records, and administer medications
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical technology and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in veterinary technology or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician or in a related field; CVT/RVT/LVT certification a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a noisy environment
