Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business leads to build a successful customer portfolio
  • Explore prospective customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage customer relations through effective communication and industry knowledge
  • Develop carrier qualifications and establish strong working relationships
  • Provide responsive customer service and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Compensation:

  • Salary determined by experience, with performance and salary reviews every 90 and 180 days for the first year, and annually thereafter
