Lead Carpenter

Job Title: Lead Carpenter

Momentum Construction Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our carpentry team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of cabinets, countertops, and other finish carpentry elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rough framing and finish carpentry utilizing a variety of materials and tools
• Advise immediate Supervisor of job progress and material/labor requirements
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), suggest revisions as needed
• Routinely utilize independent judgment and discretion to identify potential issues and solve problems
• Proactively identify any unsafe conditions, hazards, or Code violations and communicate them effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in finish carpentry and cabinet installation
• Strong commitment to job site safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
