Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital NH. As a key member of our Diagnostic Testing Center, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complete adult transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms
  • Provide portable echocardiograms in patient's rooms
  • Experience building structured reports for physician review
  • Administer ultrasound contrast such as Definity and agitated saline (preferred)
  • Operate ultrasound equipment for the physician during transesophageal echocardiograms (preferred)
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  • BLS required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Diagnostic Testing Center
  • Knowledge of GE Vivid E9 ultrasound equipment
  • EMR experience with Meditech
