Job Description

At CBI Bank & Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join our team. As a Trust Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Trust Officers in providing exceptional service to our clients and developing new trust business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Coordinate client meetings, prepare presentations, and participate in face-to-face meetings to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Account Administration: Review and coordinate account liquidity and trading activity, monitor contributions and distributions, and maintain an understanding of the legal aspects of managing trust accounts.
  • Operations Support: Provide operational support as needed, including responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or two or more years of related experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Proficient in computer terminal and personal computer operation, mainframe computer system, and word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
  • Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others.
