Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee case documentation and maintain precise and comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance representatives, and other essential stakeholders.
  • Organize and monitor critical timelines, including court dates and deadlines.
  • Gather and systematize evidence, medical documentation, and other relevant materials related to each case.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team.
  • Provide clients with consistent updates regarding their case status.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and adheres to legal standards.
  • Draft and review correspondence and reports related to case matters.
  • Assist clients and attorneys in negotiating settlements to secure equitable compensation.
  • Prepare and evaluate settlement proposals and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all activities.
  • Compile case reports and monitor case progression for both internal and external assessments.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Maintain client communication to keep them informed about case developments.
  • Verify outstanding balances with attorneys, clients, and service providers to manage case costs.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a legal or personal injury setting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or EMR.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
