- Quality Control: Ensure that processed materials meet quality standards.
- Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish language proficiency.
- Commercial Driver's License: Class A or B commercial driver's license.
- Physical Environment: Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, grease, oil, chemicals, wet/hot conditions, windy conditions, and noise.
- Environmental Demands: Works outside only.
