Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and mentoring new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and mentor new team members on all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and cash handling
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
