We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead EVS Attendant to join our team at The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC). As a Lead EVS Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services in casinos and resorts in Tunica, MS.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect public areas and team members' work to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
- Inventory control and management.
- Participate in TBC employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Reinforce corporate safety culture and regulatory policies.
- Deliver superior client and team member service.
- 21 years old or older.
- High School education or GED.
- Two-Three years prior public area, housekeeping or cleaning supervisory experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience with Front and Back of House Operations in Hotels.
