The Collision Damage Estimator at Ford of Murfreesboro is responsible for estimating damage to vehicles, scheduling work, and providing effective communication between insurance carriers, customers, and technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.

This role requires the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, as well as a working knowledge of all aspects of vehicle body repairs.

The successful candidate will be able to interpret vendor catalogs, have a valid in-state driver's license, and be determined to be insurable by the dealership's insurance carrier.

This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to stand for six to eight hours per shift, lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds, and be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
