Job Title: Caregiver/STNA/CNAJob Summary:

Vista Springs Quail Highlands is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/STNA/CNA to join our team. As a Caregiver/STNA/CNA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, including vital signs, weight, and skin concerns.
  • Participate in leisure activities and engage with residents to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current STNA certification or completion of STNA education in process.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
