Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and unload meals from designated cold storage facilities to customer homes.
  • Deliver meals to customers, often requiring interaction with clients in their homes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls to resolve delivery issues or provide updates.
  • Accurately record deliveries using our MMHD delivery application.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment in a safe operating manner.
  • Report any equipment failures or vehicle damage to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with vehicle and driver audits to ensure compliance with established protocols.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record necessary.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Ability to operate a smartphone and navigate GPS routing.
  • Basic math skills and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.
  • Pass a post-offer MVR lookup.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous delivery experience a plus.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Visual perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work in variable temperatures.
