Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Specialist, your primary duties will include:
1. Ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and visitors through effective screening processes.
2. Monitoring and controlling access to the facility.
3. Reporting all relevant information to management.
4. Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
5. Complying with all company safety, operational, and emergency protocols.
6. Adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

Administrative Support:
You may also be responsible for:
1. Performing desk duties, including communication via telephone, computer, and radio.
2. Preparing accurate reports on all activities as required.
3. Participating in assigned training sessions.

Monitoring Duties:
Your role will involve:
1. Being stationed at a designated post within the facility.
2. Observing for any safety hazards or individuals in need of assistance.
3. Addressing inquiries from the public and clients.
4. Conducting thorough screenings of individuals entering the premises.
5. Managing pedestrian traffic effectively.

General Security Responsibilities:
1. Providing outstanding customer service to clients.
2. Observing, surveying, and reporting activities at the assigned location.
3. Responding promptly to emergencies.
4. Documenting detailed reports of incidents.
5. Enforcing client policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age as required by law.
2. Successfully pass a urinalysis screening.
3. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
4. Undergo a background screening as part of the hiring process.
