Certification Requirements
  • Certifications: BLS & RPSGT required

Job Details
  • Contract Duration: 12 WEEK CONTRACT
  • Position/Specialty: Polysomnographer/Sleep Technician
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights
  • Average Daily Census: 2 patients; Beds: 4
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
  • First-timers: Accepted
  • Weekend Requirement: No
  • On-call Requirement: No
  • Floating Requirement: No
  • Local Candidates: Not accepted; must reside >100 miles from facility
  • Pending License: Accepted
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty
  • Special Requirements: Hospital & Independent Lab experience preferred

  • Staging & Scoring Skills: Arousal, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing, PSG scoring, Respiratory Events, Sleep Stages, Transient arousals
  • Titration Skills: ASV, BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen, VPAP
  • Professional Skills: Infection control, Patient education
