We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
