About the Role
MKRS Law is seeking a skilled Litigation Counselor - Florida Employment Law to join our Miami office. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of at least $80,000 per year and a hybrid remote/in-office schedule. As a member of our litigation team, you will handle various employment law cases, including workers' compensation defense, and utilize your persuasive writing skills to advocate for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and litigate employment law cases
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet case objectives

Requirements:
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • Valid license to practice law in Florida
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
