Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Deacon Jones Pre-owned - Goldsboro, you'll play a vital role in building customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and meeting daily sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers warmly, assist with vehicle selection and closing, and build rapport to establish a loyal customer network
  • Perform test drives, present vehicle information, pricing, and incentives, and ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintain accurate records, follow-up with customers, and utilize our dealership control system
Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales experience is welcome but not required; great salespeople come from diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer and phone skills, including proficiency in CRM software and online platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
